Hi I haven't bled in the last 2-3 months, from what I remember I bled last on December. I have been waiting as the delay has been there before as well. Before December I bled on October. I thought it will be the same like that however, its longer this time.. Please help as I am really stressed.

Hello.. Well stress will also be a cause in delay in your menstrual cycle.. I would suggest you to meet a gynecologist and get evaluatedfjr coin cause like anemia, thyroid issues, pcos, etc...So we need to rule out the causes...Thank you
