Irregular gestatinal sac

I am 6 weeks 5 days pregnant. My early pregnancy show irregular gestational sac , crl is 0.66 cm, fetal heart rate 116 beats. No evidence of subchorionic hemorrhage.. i have light on and off spotting from 4th week till this day.. will this irregular gestational sac lead to misscarriage . Can anything solve this issue from miscarriage. Please help this is precious baby after 7 years of waiting .. i had one missed miscariage teo months back.. i am taking sustain dupheston tablets .. can anyone help with this

Repeat ultrasound after 2 weeks. By that time the gestation sac will be easy to be evaluated.
