It could be bacterial infection or viral infection. You can do CBC with ESR, Widal. Start Tab. Dolo 650mg1-1-1,Cap.OmezD 1-0-0(empty stomach), Tab. Neurobion forte 1-0-0 and have lots of fluids in the form of lukewarm water, fruit juices, Glucon D. Have complete bed rest for 3 days.
