I was put on the generic for Ortho cyclen on Oct 2nd. Period was supposed to be around Oct 16th. Did not get period that week. Did not miss any pills. Did have sex. Started getting brownish discharge and cramping. Thought to be spotting or breakthrough bleeding. Cramping became severe over 3 days with the third day resulting in passing 3 clots/clumps while using restroom with severe cramping. Pain has subsided. It is 3 weeks from the 16th. Possible very early miscarriage while on birth control?
