I have irregular cycle and I had my last periods in November 2020,but from the last 12 days... I see mild bleeding and small lumps...what to do

Need to evaluate to for irregular menses 1. Serum prolactin 2. Serum TSH 3. USG pelvis 4. Urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy (if chances )
