Hello I got periods on Jan 8th it was all brown discharge it lasted for 10days so I took tab to stop again after 3days it started bleeding wit brown discharge again with lot of back pain and pelvic pain

If u hv been spotting irregularly the causes can be pregnancy ,pcos , thyroid disorders , hormonal imbalance , ovarian cysts , polyps etc. U need to do a urine pregnancy test and an ultrasound pelvis as baseline investigation
