I have been taking dear 21 tablets for 1 year prescribed by doctor for my irregular periods and heavy bleeding. So i can't get pregnant for next 3 years right ?

No, not necessarily. You can get pregnant whenever you stop the pills. There might be a delay of 2-3 months, but definitely not 3 yrs!
