This is my ultrasound report uterus: Is mildly bulky with diffuse altered myometrial echoes.Anteverted. It measures 9.3+4.5+5.1 cms. Small hyperechogenicity measuring about 1.9+ 1.0 cms noted in lower endometrium cavity endometrium measures 6.8 mm in thickness. Impression: small hyperechogenicity in the lower endometrium could be a blood clot
