Diagnosed iron deficiency anemia and on IV dextran with improvement but CBC shows mildly high platelets 5lakh also I will attach a report as well and Mean platelet count is within normal limits should I be worried or is it reactionary thrombocytosis ?

Hi    U need not worry becoz u may be having thrombocytosis reactive to iron deficiency anemia which is common.
