Hi, MY Haemoglobin Level was 7.8 shall i go with blood transfusion which can boosts my Haemoglobin easily or shall i boost it through medicines and diet. Am 27Yrs old Men, Suffering from anaemia for the past several years.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. One unit of blood will increase your Hb by 1. If you want to go ahead, it's your choice. But I can prescribe you some medicines which can help you in this.
