I have constipation problem. I am taking neurobion forte twice with dexorange syrup and issabgol at night. I know vitamin c inhance iron absorption but I want to ask. Is dexorange syrup contain vitamin c or not. I am asking because i think folic acid 0.5mg which is in iron syrup also vitamin c. So I think folic acid and vitamin c both same.
