What are the reasons for irbbb to occur on ecg in an otherwise healthy and young male ?? Is automatic anxiety or heat awareness the cause ?

1st of all , Need to see the ecg, wether it is incomplete rbbb or complete rbbb or something else It has many causes , it can be physiological or pathological, patient needs to be seen to determine the cause .. But never the reason is anxiety or heat !!
