I m married and have a kid. I don't want another pregnancy now. Yesterday intercourse was unprotected. Today I took ipill in noon that is within 24hrs. First time I took this as I was on IUD for past 3 years. Will ipill affect my period? Will I get period this month without any issue ?

Still you are using IUD then no need of emergency contraceptive pill.This ipill causes irregularities in period.If not having IUD then take but within 72 hours of intercourse otherwise it will not work.

If you’re on IUD you don’t need any other protection. I pill may give you irregular cycles. Wait for your periods it may be a little early this month
