Involuntary Muscle spasms on left face

I am facing involuntary muscle spasms on left lower lip and below the left eye. the spasms remain active for 10-20 mins continously and then subside by themselves only to be active again at a later random time. there is no pain associated with the spasms. Also spasm occur on lip or below the eye separately. What might be the cause.
