I got 5mm granuloma or lipomaa or endometriosis near surgical scar in april2017 now 2 more slowly developed and 4th in upper abdomen with 85mm all other also increased size all developed in intramuscular pls guide me what to do all are painful, i am 57 yrs old female, having BP, Diabetic, thyroid
