Intracardiac injection is given in emergency I want to know that it is given for heart attack only. My question is that when doctor knows that the patient has heart attack then only it is given by doctor.

Generally it's given as a last resort, when peripheral access is not possible. It's given for reversal of spontaneous circulation, by a doctor who is really experienced
