One day hard constipation made my life hell. I was around 13 -14 years old. I had constipation at large proportion as I ignored the urge to go twice. Later on that constipated stool had never been evacuated and made my bowel track obstructed. After that I was never be able to eat sufficient & digest food. I became weak
