MRI Report: 1. Circumferential disc bulge with ligamenta flava hypertrophy at LV 4-5 level causing identation of thecal sac and encroachment of both lateral recesses. 2. Circumferential disc bulge with posterior median disc herniation with cranial disc migration and ligamenta flava hypertrophy LV5 -SV1 level causing partial spinal stenosis, obliteration of right lateral recess and encroachment of left lateral recess.
