Hi Doctors, Recently, myr Grandfather is diagnosed with ILD when CT Scan was performed. We have consulted with MD General medicine doctors available in my hometown. They have confirmed it as ILD. Because of this pandemic, we can't take him to nearby cities to consult Pulmonologist. He has history of Smoking (before 20 years), worked on cotton mill for 20+ years and actively involved in Agriculture including poultry. Considering his age and other factor, Please advise how long we can wait to consult a specialist visit. What are the temporary remedies we can take for prevention of ILD severity until we consult?
