Interpretation of ECG and Echo

Hello Sir/Madam The attached reports of ECG and Echo are done as an part of yearly routine check up. The person is not experiencing any chest pain or breathlessness and does all the regular activities. He is having sugar and tanking the medication for the same. His HBA1C is 6.5. Please look after the reports. Is it normal?

ECG has complete Right bundle branch block. Echo is within normal limits. Diastolic function needs to be assessed. Age of the patient and other clinical details will help in procedding further

Echo is normal and ecg shows right bundle branch block. It’s not an alarming condition considering echo is normal. Requires routine check up and screening of other organs

Dear Though the ecg shows a pattern called RBBB, the Echo is reported normal. Having said that a consultation is in order. Happy to note that his HbA1C is adequate. A lipid and renal and Ophthal review are also suggested.
