Kindly suggest me how to control internal tremor because it's affecting my daily activity I can't stand and work for long time , and while walking iam getting balance problem, I feel like falling down when ever I stand and walk

You need to show a neurosurgeon/neurologist.... As your symptoms can be due to many reasons... Only clinical examination can guide further testing and diagnosis.. then only proper treatment can be provided... Especially considering your young age....
