I have internal piles , When i feel urge to go for bowel , i feel pain in my lower abdominal. is it normal ?

Piles need an per rectal examination. Proper consultation is required. Along with change in dietary and lifestyle modifications. Water content should be increased. And fibres rich diet along with certain medication. Can book an appointment.
