I had my actual periods on 09/06/2017 but I had observed spotting since 01/06/2017 onwards and as per my periods schedule it usually starts by 06th of every month and lasts for almost 7 days. Could you please let me know of the issue?

If this the first episode of premenstrual spotting  then you can observe pattern for next three month  if same things happen  then need Evaluation  properly.. So wait and watch
