Intermittent local pain in right buttok

I get Intermittent local pain in right buttok since last 3 months. No pain in knees or lower leg. In MRI, mild disc bulge in L5- S1 was detected. Did core and extension physiotherapy for 1 month recommended by doctor but it didn't help much. Myospaz also didn't help much. Then doctor gave Pentanerv nt 100 which gave me immediate relief for first 4 days, pain was almost gone but after that it again came back despite I continuously taking the medicine. Please suggest what could be the reason for pain and what is the treatment.

HEY,   MRI FINDING IS THE CAUSE. YOU HAVE TO CONTINUE PHYSIOTHERAPY ON LONG RUN IT IS HELPFUL. CONTINUE MEDICINE INTERMITTENTLY. APPLY LOCALLY WINTOGEN OINTMENT TO THREE TIMES. THEIR IS NO OTHER OPTION. O.K BYE.
