Intermittent eye squint...

Dear doctor my 4 years  daughter suffering intermittent left eye squint (esotropia) since three months , I consulted pediatric opthomolgilost and  as per his suggestion we are using eye glass since one month but not getting any improvement day to day going to increasing squint, after started to using glasses within one week intermittent squint came to right side good eye , now we stopped for using glasses...totally I am confusing what to do next ...please suggest any other non surgical treatment... Doctor examination report. 1)Left eye squint is less than five degree. 2)both eye power is plus one. ( as per doctor suggestion we used atropine sulphate tube for three days for eye examination)

Hello A. Power of glasses is very small. Not much helpful in squint. B. Squint is very small...less than 10 prism dioptre. We just  need to make sure there is no amblyopia or lazy eye.

Atropine causes dilation of pupil and the dominant eye is straight but the weaker eye deviates. Please have  confidence ,it may take some time.
