Can we have intercourse without pulling back the foreskin? The foreskin comes back easily when my organ is in placid state. But when it's erected, it doesn't comeback , which is making my intercourse difficult. Because of which I am looking confidence

it may b phimosis better send pic for proper assessment and guidance better not sex without retratction otherwise it would n highly discomfort

Your choice. If the foreskin comes back during normal condition and does not come back in erect state, it can be treated by circumcision. You can clean the area when having bath  There are people who have tight skin which they are not able to pull back even in normal condition and have produced many children. Yes it is better to get operated if you fell it causes discomfort during erect state. Again you need to decide
