Angiogram report show that some 3 intestine is block dr advise is by pass surgery it will cure without by pass

Hello... You must mention the type of block ... Foreign body blocking intestine could be removed but angiogram showed blockade means lack of blood supply to particular segment have led to cell death , its has to be removed , clear ends of intestines will be anastomosed...consult General surgeon.
