As far as water is concerned, please consume at least 3-4 litres of water in a day depending on your thirst. Make sure, the intake of water is distributed at regular intervals. As you have mentioned Pitta Kapha Prakriti, please make sure that you're consuming only lukewarm water stored in a copper vessel.
