Thank you Dr sheetal if you are reading this for responding last time . Ever since 2012 i have been using novorapid (rapid acting) and levemir (long acting) insulins and they worked fine but certainly another doctor changed them to mixtard 30/70 as i am a bit careless in taking insulin . And I don't find mixtard working fine as still my glucose levels are about 300-400 . So is it good to go back to novorapid and levimir or stick to mixtard with some alterations?

You are welcome.. glad to know I could help! I would suggest novorapid and glargine for you. I understand your frustration in taking multiple doses but skipping doses can be dangerous in type 1 diabetics. Take care.
