My mother has been prescribed human mixtard 20 units before Breakfast and 10 units before dinner. She can't take insulin before breakfast as she eats her breakfast in the school that she teaches so can the breakfast dose be taken before Lunch?

We need to Modify the type of Insulin then.Also cover her breakfast with oral medicine
