I feel tired all the time but not being able to fall asleep. It takes me approx. 3 hrs to fall asleep.

There is a sleep fixing rule. Ho to bed at the same time. Eat atleast 2 hrs before upu sleep. Walk about 30 minutes post meals. You can contact online for some sleep remedies that you can adopt.
