I have gotten and insect bite and prescribed antihistamines and I have a terrible upset stomach is this normal or have I another problem

Kindly have an antacid along with it which would help with controlling the upset stomach. It is unlikely that you have any other problem. But if this is persistent or worsens kindly visit an ER and get evaluated and undergo further investigations
