I feel some movements on my head and hair follicle. I don't know what it is and seems to be feeding on my blood. Please what must this be?

Could this be hair lice.  Do u have scalp itching.  Have u found any lice eggs or nits in your hair . Please get your scalp checked by a qualified dermatologist near you. Warm regards Dr Govind Suresh Mittal. Bengaluru.
