Inner thigh black heads..

Hello Doctor..I have a prob. I m a bit over weight..& I have these black heads in my inner thigh...B4 marriage dey where not d but as after marriage I wore saree daily so because of sweat I got black heads...Is there any remedy to get rid of them.....I tried pinching them then....the hydro bleach....lemon! Plz help...
