Hi, I was diagnosed with endometriosis and was given an injection sometime in the 1st week of December to stop my periods. I was also asked to take hormonal tablets for a month. But I got my periods for the month on the second week. Does it mean that the injection would actually be affecting for cycle for January. Cause I haven't got my periods for January. Was wondering when will I start getting my periods. Will it be for the month of February or will it be
delayed
Hormonal injection actually reduce the endometriosis...they also affect periods however their response is not predictable and can lead to irregular or delayed periods...use barrier contraceptive to avoid pregnancy.connect with me online to know more
