Im suffering from initial stage of piles having a desk job,cant even move between 10 to 7 what is the best medicine for quick relief please help

U have to consult a physician for this. Avoid oily, spicy food , eat green leafy vegetables and fruits. Drink 4-5 ltrs of water daily .
