Inguinal mess hernia

Actually, I had inguinal mess hernia surgery on this April and its been 6 months I haven't done workouts. So can you please suggest me when should I start my workouts. And I love doing pull-ups and pushups but should I start now its been 6 months. Does it have side effects later while hanging on pole or other excercise as it was mess surgery i am afraid to do pull-ups.Please suggest me.

Yes of course you can do work out to keep your body fit and toned but you MUST have to avoid heavy weight exercise. I must advice you to perform isometric exercises and you can also use resistance toning tubes. For better assistance kindly visit any expert.
