Hello Doctor, My self Nirmal from Assam. My father is diagnosed with direct iguinal hernia of size 2 cm. He is 90. His BP-140/90 , HB-9.6,ESR-120.He has got COPD . At present he is taking Thyronorm75,Losar 50,Cough syrup for chronic congestion,calcium and Ubicar tablets for Leg Cramps. He has got piles for the last 11 years and taking ayurvedi

HELLO, HE IS SUFFERING A LOT. INGUINAL HERNIA IF NO COMPLAINTS DON'T DO ANYTHING AS HE HAS COPD. A FORCE FULL BOUT OF COUGH MAY BE SUFFICIENT TO DESTROY THE REPAIR.OR EXISTING CONDITION MAY ENHANCES. IF ENHANCES THAN YOU CAN THINK FOR SURGERY. O.K BYE.
