Ingrown hair, scars, folliculitis

I have ingrown hairs, red pimples and scars on my legs due to waxing. Do I use Retin A or Fucidin to remove them? I am not sure if it's folliculitis but I know that what i have are ingrown hairs. I dont know how to deal with the red dots that are in that area too
