I have ingrown hair problem and have developed scar marks on my sideburns and neck. The hairs that grow on my neck and side burns are thick and coarse and removing them have left scars on my neck. PLEASE suggest how I can get rid of scars, bumps and the ingrown hair problem. Please help.
