4 months back i had abortion due to heart beat is absent. This month pregnancy test positive.  Doctor suggest to do BOH profile. In the result ANTI PHOSPHOLIPID SYNDROME IgM is 15.4 , doctor given aspirin and heparin injections daily. I went scan today reports are attached. Please tell me doctor any problem? Abortion is only option?
