Please find the attached 2 nos of usg report of back of neck . What could be suspected, any thing wrong ? It is persist last 6 months , which is soft , mobile , painless etc. No symtoms of fever , weight loss.  ESR of blood is 10. Had taken antibiotics.

I would like to know whether it has increased in size form the time when 1st noticed?  any associated swelling in other areas of the body? any infection ?

If lymph nodes enlargement and pain persists then probably u ll require further investigations like FNAC ultrasound guided and test that why is the lymph nodes enlarged..check for blood sugars too
