After flu a month ago, I have inflammation of right Lower eyelid. Prescribed Ointments and drops have not helped.

Do hot fomentation and use Tab Augumentin 625mg twice daily for 5 days after meals and tab zerodol p twice daily for 5 days after meals and tab Pantosec 40 mg empty stomach once daily along with prescribed topical drugs.
