On 2nd may 2018 I had patellar tendonitis now I feel information today if I sit in the chair long time with leg bent I want a permanent solution please kindly give me the solution had gone to doctor they said it's only about rest and today I need a permanent solution . Today a doctor has given levocarnitine tablet s USP 500mg cartniwel tablet for 2 weeks morning and night with physiotherapy .which is about straight and bring back to normal position. leg while sleeping and sitting 30 times per session three times a day. I feel inflammation very bad if I sit with legs bent on chair please give me permanent solution.
