For hand - get dequevrain's tenosynovitis ruled out. It can be managed with conservative measures including intralesional injections.
Knee - Quadriceps exercises with medications and ice pack application. Intrarticular injection help greatly.
Foot drop-down Not much options apart from wearing brace and exercises. If there is lot of problems with foot, consider tendon transfer.
