Dear , as u said u are diabetic so small wound is also very problematic so better u consult immediately to avoid complications ,have to find out reason behind it and need treatment

Kindly visit the ER at the immediately and at the earliest. It needs to be seen if this is an allergic reaction or not and be administered the medications at the earliest. If your sugar levels are elevated you will require to correct it to the normal levels and if there's any wound it should be taken care of at the earliest.
