Inflammation at the back of head

3 days before There is small circular type inflammation at the back of my head behind ears. Earlier there was lil pain on touching but now its okay. But still this inflammation persist. I m lil cold too (runny nose) from abt 1 week. One thing more m having stiff neck pain du on the right side from about 1 week. Kindly suggest me what kind of medical attention shld i seek. Thanks
