I don't know exactly what he got But his finger tip got inflammated and is now painful maybe due to puss please suggest some medication like antibiotic

It is called WHITLOW. If it is very painful and pus pointing is present, it may warrant incision and drainage of the pus. You will still require antibiotics, better to show to a general surgeon, than going for over the counter antibiotics
