My tonsil has become very enlarged, im finding it hsrd to swallow food where i have to chew it for longer so its in smaller bits. Im constantly swallowing salvia. I had Hodgkin lymphoma 5 years ago and i was wondering where this is signs of it returning or is it just a simple case of tonsillis.
