RF microneedling works for acne scars - that's true- but the response takes more time and is slightly less effective compared to CO2 laser . This is why prefer using FDA approved CO2 laser at my clinic to effectively treat and reduce acne scars at my clinic. Also scar assessment would be needed because sometimes scars also have a deep dermal fibrous band which needs to be broken with subcision. Examination of the scars would be needed to comment appropriately. Hope this was helpful.
